Jim Flanagan

Jim Flanagan is an accomplished finance and military professional with extensive experience in treasury management and project finance. Currently, at Intersect Power since March 2021, Jim leads the Portfolio Finance function, supporting project finance needs post-financial close and managing communications with structured finance parties. Prior to this role, Jim was Treasury Manager at Constellation, overseeing short-term cash and liquidity for Exelon Generation, and a Senior Financial Analyst at ComEd, managing a budget exceeding $5 billion. Jim has a distinguished military career, serving in the Army National Guard as a Major and in various leadership roles, including Company Commander and Senior Air Defense Officer. Jim holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Russian from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
