Nick Pape

Nick Pape is CFO at Intersect Power. He is responsible for management and oversight of all financial activities of the company, including accounting, corporate budgeting, capital allocation and project evaluation, project financing, and corporate financing.

Prior to joining Intersect Power, Nick was Vice President of Corporate Finance for Recurrent Energy, one of North America’s largest solar project developers. He was responsible for all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and execution of corporate-level financial transactions.

Nick brings significant experience in the areas of project finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, valuation, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, planning and strategy. During his seven years at Recurrent Energy, he was an integral part of the finance team that secured over $6 billion in financing for renewable assets.

Previously, Nick was an economic consultant at Deloitte, where he advised multinational clients on valuation and transfer pricing.

Nick holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. from the University of Washington.
