Osama Khan

Osama Khan is currently serving as Managing Counsel for Project Finance and Strategic Transactions at Intersect Power since March 2023, having previously held the role of Counsel for Strategic Transactions. Prior professional experience includes a tenure as a Corporate & Project Finance Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from October 2017 to March 2023, as well as a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2016. In addition, Osama Khan worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Law School, collaborating with Professor John Coates on topics related to mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation, and hostile takeovers in the summer of 2015. Osama Khan earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside in 2013.
