Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is currently an MBA and Master of Climate Solutions candidate at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, expected to graduate in December 2026. Patrick holds the position of MBA Intern at Intersect Power since March 2025 and has been serving as the VP of Careers at the Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative (BERC) since January 2025. Additionally, Patrick is the Speaker Lead for the ClimateCAP Conference, which will take place in March 2025 at Berkeley Haas, where responsibilities include organizing panel discussions and preparing speakers. Previously, Patrick worked at Gilmartin Group LLC as Associate Vice President, leading the ESG and sustainability advisory group, and at Teneo in various roles including Consultant and Analyst, providing strategic counsel to senior executives. Patrick's early experience includes an internship in the district office of Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Williams College.
