Rachel Ramos

Rachel Ramos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in project finance and strategic transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Intersect Power since January 2022, Rachel has also held positions as Of Counsel at Baker Botts for a brief period in early 2022 and as Counsel at DLA Piper from April 2020 to January 2022. Prior to this, Rachel was an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from June 2014 to April 2020. Rachel participated in the CUP Fellows Program in 2019, which focuses on leadership development for professionals dedicated to community impact. Rachel's legal education includes a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medicine and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
