Zachary C. is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and finance with extensive experience in leadership roles. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Intersection Development since December 2019, Zachary is reshaping the industry with a creative, rebellious approach. Also serving as Creative Director and Räkkstar at räkkhaus studio since August 2024, Zachary integrates love and innovation into design philosophy. Previously, as Managing Director at InveStellar Corporation and Libeskind Studio Design, Zachary contributed to iconic luxury projects and transformative architectural experiences. Zachary's career began in finance with foundational roles at reputable firms, culminating in the founding of the International Finance Institute, which remains a global leader in finance education. Zachary holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a certificate in advanced financial modeling from the International Finance Institute.
