Alex Floor

Alex Floor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alex is currently employed at Intersection Co. as the Senior Manager of Network Engineering. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Network Engineering and Senior Network Engineer at the same company. Alex also worked as a Network Engineer and Support Center Engineer at Intersection Co.

Before joining Intersection Co., Alex worked at the National Hockey League as a Mobile Testing Coordinator. Their responsibilities included verifying the continuous operation of the NHL mobile application and reporting performance and bugs.

Prior to that, Alex worked at Perkins Eastman as a Knowledge Resource Coordinator, where they facilitated knowledge sharing between different teams and managed a database of client and project information. Alex also oversaw the implementation of a new intranet site.

In the early stages of their career, Alex worked at Accenture as a System Analyst and Application Support, providing support for PC, application, and mainframe systems. Alex also authored training manuals and coordinated with application developers for bug testing.

Before joining Accenture, Alex worked at Geek Squad as a Lead Technician, where they supervised junior technicians, provided technical consultation, and repaired PCs. Alex also played a role in strengthening the sales team's expertise on services and products, leading to increased sales.

Alex Floor attended Bradley University from 1999 to 2004, where they studied computer information systems. In addition to their degree, Alex obtained several certifications, including:

- Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA) from Juniper Networks in October 2016.

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco in October 2014.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in June 2013.

- Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) from Microsoft in November 2011.

- Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft in November 2011.
