David Peach

David Peach serves as the Senior Director of Information Security and Infrastructure at Intersection Co., where responsibilities include leading and growing the security program and managing technology infrastructure activities. As Founder and Principal of Illuminate Risk, David Peach provides virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) services and advisory support to clients in financial services, advertising, and technology sectors. Additionally, as a Visiting Lecturer at Northumbria University, David Peach teaches risk management. Previously, David Peach held various roles at The Economist over two decades, culminating in the position of CISO and Head of Information Risk, where a global team was developed to focus on security, privacy, and compliance. Early career experience includes systems administration roles at Kvaerner and participation on the Advisory Council of the CISO Executive Network. David Peach holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
