Gregory Duckoff

Gregory Duckoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Operations Manager at Intersection Co. since June 2019, Gregory has held various roles in the LinkNYC project, including Senior Technical Service Desk Manager and Technical Manager. Alongside this position, Gregory is also a Voice Over Artist with sMyles Creative, LLC. and has worked as a Film Production Assistant on various projects since 2016. Previously, Gregory played a pivotal role in establishing a Client Services department at Adar Medical Uniforms and managed school-based health services programs at Accelify, LLC. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Amplify Education and technical support positions at Atlantic Tomorrow's Office and Repeat Business Systems. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communication from the University at Albany.
