Luke Valvano

Luke is Intersection’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company’s financial functions, reporting across divisions, and its top-flight finance team. He also serves as Treasurer of CityBridge, LLC, overseeing finances for the consortium behind LinkNYC. He is passionate about providing best-in-class services to all of Intersection’s stakeholders.

Previously, Luke was VP of Finance and then SVP Controller of Intersection. He was also Director of Finance for Great Bowery, an artist representation agency. In this position, he guided the company through 11 acquisitions and the subsequent development of the multi-national FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting functions. This is Luke’s second tour at Intersection, as he previously held various finance positions with Titan prior to its merger with Control Group. Luke began his career at KPMG in its audit and transaction services practices.

Luke’s tenure at Titan and now Intersection provides him with a unique understanding of all financial aspects of the out of home advertising industry. Luke is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
