Margaux Knee

Margaux Knee's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP until 2014. Margaux then moved on to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they served as an Associate for a year. In 2015, they joined Gunderson Dettmer as an Associate, where they primarily represented technology companies in various stages of the startup lifecycle and advised on venture capital financings, formations, venture debt lines, and M&A transactions.

In 2018, Margaux became Corporate Counsel at Protocol Labs, focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrency legal matters. Margaux later joined Maven Clinic as Head of Legal and Public Policy in 2019 and Twentyeight Health as an Advisor. That same year, they also began working as an Advisor for Celmatix. Margaux continued as an Advisor for Twentyeight Health and Celmatix until 2020.

Margaux then joined Intersection Co. in 2019, first as General Counsel and SVP External Affairs for LinkNYC, where they oversaw legal matters and external affairs for the largest public Wi-Fi network in the US. In 2023, they assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer for LinkNYC at Intersection Co.

Additionally, Margaux began working as an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo School of Law in 2022 and became a Founding Member of TechGC in 2018.

Margaux Knee has a LL.M degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Margaux also obtained a J.D. degree from USC Gould School of Law. Prior to that, Margaux completed their undergraduate studies at Vassar College, where they earned an A.B. degree in French and Politics.
