Ted Bjork

Ted Bjork has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ted is currently working at Intersection Co. as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Staff Engineer and Automation Team Lead at the same company from September 2020 to September 2022. The bulk of their experience comes from their time at HiQ, where they worked from February 2010 to December 2016 as a Senior SDET. During this period, they specialized in system testing and test software development for SGW/PGW/S-PGW gateways in the 4G/LTE packet core network. Ted also acted as the system test lead for the CPG gateway maintenance program and worked remotely from Los Angeles from 2015 to 2016. Before HiQ, Ted worked at Prevas AB as a Senior SDET from January 2007 to December 2008, where they were responsible for system testing and test software development for the Multi-Access Service Gateway (MASG). Ted also played a key role in moving the project's system test department to Shanghai and educating new personnel. Ted'searlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Allgon Microwave AB in 2006, Midab Data AB from 2004 to 2005, and InnovationTeam from 1999 to 2003, where they worked on various software development projects for clients such as Ericsson Infotech AB and Cefar Medical AB. Ted began their career at Ericsson as a Software Engineer in May 1998.

Ted Bjork earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Halmstad University between 1993 and 1996. Ted then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at the same university from 1996 to 1997. In 2013 to 2014, Ted attended the New York Film Academy and completed a Certificate of Completion in Filmmaking.
