Andy Hulse

Andy Hulse is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project and site management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Tilbury Douglas and Citu, Hulse also holds a Senior Site Manager position at Interserve and has maintained a freelance role in the same capacity. Hulse's experience includes managing projects at CAPD Complete Build Solutions Ltd and Caddick Construction Ltd, where significant projects entailed the construction of a Jaguar Land Rover showroom and student accommodations. Additional roles span various reputable companies, including BAM Construct UK and Costain Group PLC, where major projects involved restoring historical buildings, refurbishing office spaces, and decommissioning a nuclear power station. Hulse’s foundational education was completed at the Army Military Academy from 1961 to 1965.
