Tom Mangham

Tom Mangham is a seasoned leader and certified coach with over a decade of experience in non-profit management and leadership development. They have held senior leadership roles with organizations such as Food for the Hungry and Samaritan's Purse, overseeing diverse teams and managing complex multi-million dollar programs in countries including Haiti, Honduras, and Indonesia. Currently, Tom serves as the Personnel Director at Interserve and as a Coach and Consultant at the Center for Leading in Community, where they assist non-profit leaders worldwide. Tom holds an MBA in Development Economics and International Development from Eastern University and a BA in Bible/Biblical Studies from Nyack College.
