Hannah Hamann has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They began their career as an apprentice at Mars, followed by a management trainee program at Reckitt Benckiser, where they later served as an HR Business Partner. In 2017, Hannah held the position of International HR Business Partner at Hays before becoming the Leader of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Intersnack Deutschland SE in 2023. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Karlsruhe.
