Dua Basit has been working in the business and customer service industry since 2015. Dua began their career at ShiftPlanning Inc. as a Customer Service representative in 2015. In 2018, they moved to LiveAdmins LLC as a Client Services representative. Currently, they are working at Intersoft BPO Solutions as a Business Development Manager and Events and Social Media Manager.

Dua Basit completed a Bachelor of Graphic Designing from the University of the Punjab in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their A Levels from Bloom Field Hall in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
