Intersoft Management Systems AS is a management consultancy company specialised in the areas of
Project and Portfolio Management.

We are one of the market leaders in Norway in this area, working with Microsoft technologies and we are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.

We focus on making Project and Portfolio Management a tool for the whole company, through making the IT tools and business processes easy to understand and use.

Our main goal is to help our customers get more value from their projects through having the best possible project portfolio and using the right resources to achieve their strategic goals. The projects and the line organization have to work together to achieve this, which means that everyone in the organisation has to understand project management.

We emphasize project management improvement and elevating the portfolio management discipline to deliver solutions that help customers derive clear business value. We involve customers in developing methods and processes, and our implementations are completed in a phased approach. This will support the delivery of early benefits, whilst raising maturity levels in line with organisational strategy.
