Stephen Dipardo

Stephen DiPardo has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Stephen started their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pennrose Management Company in 2009 and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Resource Residential. Since 2017, Stephen has been the Director of Executive Search at InterSolutions, LLC.

Stephen DiPardo attended Marietta College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management. Following this, they enrolled at Nova Southeastern University from 2005 to 2007 and completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
