MD Parvez--MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. MD started their career as an IT Recruiter at Kolansoft, INC, where they recruited and hired junior and mid-level IT professionals. MD then moved on to HighRise IT Consultancy as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling staffing services for state clients and SAP positions. MD Parvez then joined A+ Search Technologies as a Senior IT Technical Recruiter, specializing in domains such as software, high-tech, e-commerce, and telecommunications.

In 2011, MD Parvez joined Technogen, Inc (formerly Syscom Technologies, Inc.) as an Account/Delivery Management professional, responsible for talent acquisition and client management. MD stayed with the company for seven years, gaining experience in strategic resource management and understanding client expectations.

In 2018, MD Parvez joined Zen3 as a Team Lead/Account Manager, working as a gold partner with Microsoft and implementing projects and providing IT services. MD was responsible for working on all Microsoft technologies and managing positions such as Full Stack.

In 2019, MD Parvez transitioned to Veear Projects Inc. as a Manager for Accounts and Talent Acquisition, where they oversaw accounts and recruitment operations until 2021. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager for Client Relations at InterSources Inc, a certified minority and women-owned enterprise.

Throughout their career, MD Parvez has demonstrated expertise in IT recruitment, client management, and talent acquisition.

MD Parvez earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Major HR from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2012 to 2014.
