Jasper Both

Jasper Both has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jasper began their career in 2007 as an IT Employee at Voorbij Prefab Beton B.V., where they implemented and tested new software and trained colleagues in new applications. From 2011 to 2014, Jasper worked as a Region Manager at The School, acting as the representative and contact person for the organization. In 2014, they became a Data Processor at NCDR, registering cardiovascular patient dossiers in a national database and resolving contradictory and missing information. In 2016, Jasper joined Capgemini Nederland as an Associate, followed by roles as a Consultant and Senior Consultant. During their time at Capgemini, they also worked as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Solution Analyst on projects for Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND). Since 2018, Jasper has been working at INTERSPORT Group, initially as a Global Digital Program Manager, then as a Global Business Development Manager and currently as a Global Business Development Director.

Jasper Both has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organization Sciences and Consulting and Change from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication- and Information Sciences from the same institution. Jasper also completed propaedeutics in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and finished their secondary education at Alkwin Kollege, specializing in the profile of N&G + Economie. Additionally, they have certifications in Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals from Oracle and Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org.
