Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations roles. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at Interstaff, Inc. since February 2023, Jennifer also co-founded Taft Advisory Group in 2016, providing guidance to non-profit and social enterprise organizations. Previous positions include Director of Operations at The Archibald Project and Partner Liaison at Savant Learning Systems Inc., where Jennifer developed strategic plans and managed partnerships with educational institutions. Early career highlights include coordinating major donor events at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, managing logistics for the Secretary of Commerce, and facilitating travel operations at The White House. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
