Michael Ackerman

Michael Ackerman is an experienced professional in the HVAC and plumbing construction industry, currently serving as an HVAC & Plumbing Construction Project Manager at Interstate AC since June 2025. With a robust background that includes roles as Project Manager at Lee Company, Bernhard, Legacy Mechanical Services, and Sluss+Padgett, Michael has developed extensive expertise in project management. Previous positions also include serving as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Account Manager at Maxair Mechanical Inc. and an HVAC Service Technician at R&D Mechanical Services. Michael’s technical foundation was established early in the career, starting as a Technician in the System Test Department at Ciena and as a Quality Assurance Technician at Emerson. Michael's military experience includes serving as Aircraft Electronics Technician 3rd Class in the US Navy.
