Mike Baker

Mike Baker MBA is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management and distribution. Currently serving as Multi Site Operations Manager for Interstate Batteries since May 2023, Mike is involved in an initiative to redesign the supply chain. Prior to this role, Mike was General Manager at Independent Electric Supply/Sonepar, where significant growth was achieved in the Phoenix market from November 2020 to June 2023. Mike's background includes a long tenure at Walmart, beginning as Operations Manager for grocery operations and advancing to General Manager of Transportation, overseeing a large distribution center. Earlier experience includes serving as Distribution Manager at The HIBERT Group, where Mike developed workflows for a warehouse serving major clients like Apple and Intel. Mike holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Business Administration from UW La Crosse.
