Chip Watts

Chip Watts, CPM, CCIM, serves as the President of Watts Realty Co., Inc. since April 1998, overseeing property management for various property types and coordinating commercial sales and leasing efforts. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Educator and Group Facilitator at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, where Chip created and taught environmental education programs. Earlier roles included leading the student light and sound crew at Auburn University, responsible for technical operations during various events. Chip holds a degree in Wildlife Science from Auburn University, completed in 1996.
