Dan Corey has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dan started their career as a Service Technician at Reid's Mobil Service Center, gaining hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs. Dan then joined Electronic Data Systems as an Advanced Service Engineer, where they analyzed warranty trends and designed proposals to lower warranty claim costs. Following that, Dan worked at Raytheon Technical Services Company as a Service Trainer, facilitating General Motors and Isuzu Commercial Truck training programs. In 2006, they joined Hino Motors Sales, starting as a District Service & Parts Manager before transitioning to the role of Technical Service Manager and later Service Training Operations. Throughout their time at Hino, Dan was responsible for managing service operations, warranty claims, and overseeing special projects. Most recently, they became the Director of Service Operations at Interstate Trucksource Inc. in 2022. Dan's experience showcases their expertise in service operations management, training and development, and customer service.
Dan Corey earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2000. Dan then went on to complete a Master of Education degree in Workforce Development and Training from the same university in 2002.
