Additionally, Jay worked at DHL Worldwide Express from March 2006 to August 2013, where roles included Area Sales and Operations Manager and Senior Hub Manager, achieving significant improvements in operational performance and safety. Earlier experience includes multiple management positions at FedEx Ground from September 1999 to March 2006. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
