Jodie Key

Jodie Key currently serves as AVP at Interstate Business Capital since April 2023 and holds the position of AVP of the Specialized Billing Department at Interstate Billing Service since April 2019. In these roles, Jodie leads teams through servant leadership, emphasizing the values of both organizations, and focuses on onboarding new clients, client retention, supporting sales efforts, goal setting, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Previously, Jodie worked as Assistant Division Head of the Specialized Billing Department and Customer Service Manager at Interstate Billing Service, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, client relationships, and managing a customer service team. Jodie is an alumnus of Athens State University.
