Adam Melby is the Director of Automation at Interstates, where they lead teams across the country to create innovative automation solutions. With a strong emphasis on team development, operational excellence, and customer service, Adam fosters an environment of servant leadership to empower their team members. Previously, Adam held roles as a Controls and Automation Technician at D&W Fine Pack and as a Controls Engineer Team Lead at EAD, among other positions in the automation field. Adam’s background in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician further complements their extensive experience in engineering and automation.
