Benj van Donge

Benj Van Donge has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Benj started their career at Interstates in 1998 as a Human Resources Recruiter and worked there until 2006. Benj then joined Sioux Center Community Hospital & Health Center Avera as the Director of Development from 2006 to 2008. Returning to Interstates in 2012, they held positions including Human Resources, Workforce Development Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Workforce Operations.

Benj Van Donge attended Unity Christian High School from 1992 to 1995. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dordt University, which they obtained in 1999. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2004.
