Catherine Bloom has extensive work experience in finance and marketing, primarily in the agricultural and manufacturing industries. Catherine started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor, where they planned and executed audit engagements for various companies. Catherine then joined DuPont Pioneer, where they held several roles such as Finance Analyst, Finance Manager, Sr. Finance Manager, Sr. Marketing Manager, and Commercial Unit Lead. At DuPont Pioneer, they managed financial planning, analysis, and marketing efforts to drive revenue and market share growth. Currently, Catherine is Chief Marketing Officer at Interstates, where they oversee the company's marketing strategies and leads the implementation of business priorities and systems. In their previous role at Interstates, they served as the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring the financial health and future growth of the company through financial planning and reporting.
Catherine Bloom obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Drake University, during the period of 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Northwestern College, between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, Catherine has achieved the certification of Certified Public Accountant, and they are enrolled in a program called "The Emerging CMO: Strategic Marketing Leadership" at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, to be completed in the year 2023.
