Eric Jensen, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP, has a diverse background in human resources. Eric is currently the Director of Human Resources at Interstates, where they began in March 2021. Prior to that, Eric served as the Director of Human Resources and Training at Securities America, Inc. from August 2014 to April 2020. Before joining Securities America, Eric worked at Kiewit as the District HR Manager for the Kiewit Building Group from April 2012 to August 2014. At Kiewit, they oversaw the HR functions and implemented HR services and programs aligned with functional business strategies. Eric also led significant projects, such as implementing a talent management system and reinstalling the entire HRMS system.
