Joel Van Egdom, CPA, CCIFP has a diverse range of work experience. Joel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Interstates, where they are responsible for directing the financial, legal, and risk management aspects of the company. Joel also partners with the executive team to assess organizational performance and drive strategic, ownership, and operational planning. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Strategy / Project Executive at Interstates, where they provided guidance and accountability for strategic programs and project management. Joel also has experience as an Accounting Manager and Accountant within the company, where they led accounting teams and provided project accounting and reporting services. In addition to their work at Interstates, Joel is a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where they are committed to elevating their company and their community through CEO peer advisory and executive coaching.
