Michael W.

Michael W. began their work experience in 2001 as an Instructor of Computer Science at Northwestern College. Michael held this role until 2010, when they joined Interstates Control Systems as a MES Analyst. In 2011, they returned to Northwestern College as the Director of Institutional Research and also took on the role of Computer Science Faculty and Department Chair in 2018. In 2022, Michael W. transitioned to Interstates, where they currently hold the position of Director of Data and Analytics.

Michael W. earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northwestern College between 1997 and 2001. Michael then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota from 2001 to 2005. Furthermore, they obtained a PhD in Computational Science and Statistics from the University of South Dakota, taking between 2005 and 2017.
