Michael Westphalen

Michael Westphalen is currently the Director of Quality & Commissioning at Interstates, where they lead efforts in mission-critical environments. Prior to this role, they spent several years as an MRO Electrical Integrator at Dakota Fluid Power, focusing on custom electrical control solutions across diverse industries. Michael began their career as a Process Automation Specialist at POET, where they integrated and troubleshot complex control systems in the ethanol sector. They hold an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Industrial Instrumentation and Control from Northwest Iowa Community College.
