Laleh Rongere

Laleh Rongere is the Director of People and Resources at Nebulon, where they lead strategic recruitment and HR initiatives for a global workforce. They have served as an Advisory Board member at Interstride since 2018, focusing on enhancing employment opportunities for international students. Laleh previously held several roles at Stanford University from 2006 to 2018, including International Student Advisor, where they advised students on immigration issues, and Associate Director of International Student Career Programs, where they supported students in their job searches. They also have experience as an MMI Coordinator for MD admissions at Stanford Medical School and as a Director at deeplearning.ai. Laleh is an accomplished leader fluent in five languages and holds advanced degrees in Computer Science.
