EFT Implementation Engineer/support at Interswitch

Armstrong Enefola has a diverse work experience, starting with an ongoing role as an EFT Support Engineer at Interswitch Group from September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Greysoft Technologies starting in December 2021. From July 2021, Armstrong worked as a Frontend Developer intern at TIIDELab, where they collaborated with back-end developers and web designers to enhance site usability and implemented websites, mobile apps, and landing pages.

Before joining TIIDELab, Armstrong gained experience as a Biometric Officer at Dangote Industries Limited from February 2019 to June 2020, where their responsibilities included verifying trailer drivers using biometric scanners, issuing loading permits, and monitoring fleet routes.

Furthermore, Armstrong worked as a Digital Marketer at Greenlab Technologies from April 2018 to September 2018, where they oversaw online marketing and sales strategies, planned and executed digital marketing campaigns, and maintained content for the organization's website and social media pages.

Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of Jos Information Technology Consultancy from May 2017 to April 2018, where they lectured, performed hardware and software updates on classroom IT devices, and monitored student progress through computer-based assignments and assessments.

Lastly, Armstrong completed an internship at Nigerian Breweries Plc from December 2016 to March 2017. During this time, they monitored the communications network, assisted employees with IT-related issues, and supported the ICT manager.

Overall, they have gained experience in various roles, including engineering support, user experience design, frontend development, biometrics, digital marketing, lecturing, and IT support.

Armstrong Enefola attended Caritas University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in computer science & information technology. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. Armstrong completed the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification at GoLeanSixSigma.com in September 2022. In February 2021, they completed the Fundamental Training in Product Design at Treford. Armstrong obtained a certification in Jobberman from Jobberman Nigeria in November 2020. Lastly, they completed the MGF Future Fit Program at MISK Global Forum in December 2019.
