Atinuke Odunsi

Atinuke Odunsi is a seasoned professional in customer support and contact center management, currently serving as the Divisional Head of Customer Support at Interswitch Group since June 2021. Previously, Atinuke held the position of Contact Center Manager at SV Gaming Limited from November 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing contact center strategies, improving customer satisfaction, and managing operational activities. Earlier experience includes a role as Contact Center Specialist at Etisalat from March 2008 to October 2013, where Atinuke focused on project management, people management, and process development. Atinuke holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, completed in 2005, and graduated from Federal Government Girls College Oyo in 1999.
