Brenda Abiah

Brenda Abiah is a seasoned professional in management and operations, currently serving as the Service Manager for Acquiring and Agency Banking at Interswitch Group since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Portfolio Manager for Debt Recovery and Collections at BFREE, and as a Territory Sales Manager at Omnibiz Africa, where responsibilities included onboarding retail outlets and training sales representatives. Brenda also has a background in contact center operations, having served as a Team Lead at Outcess, where oversight of inbound and outbound operations occurred, alongside earlier experience as a Customer Service Representative.
