Joshua Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Joshua started their career as an IT Intern at Cotecna Inspection and Designation Limited in 2011. Later, they worked as an IT/System Support Engineer at GIL Automations from August 2017 to October 2018. Joshua then joined Interswitch Group as a Software Engineer in October 2018, and later transitioned to the role of DevOps Engineer in March 2019. At Interswitch Group, they were responsible for various tasks including configuration and management of load balancing infrastructure, design and orchestration of Docker Container Clusters using Kubernetes, configuration and management of DNS on Route 53 AWS, as well as building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Spinnaker. Overall, Joshua has gained valuable experience in software engineering and DevOps.

Joshua Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including "GitOps Foundations" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "DevOps Foundations: Effective Postmortems" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and "LFD259: Kubernetes for Developers" as well as "LFS258: Kubernetes Fundamentals" from The Linux Foundation in December 2021.
