Matthew Agada

Matthew Agada has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Interswitch Group since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AXA Mansard from October 2017 to September 2019, where they held the positions of Lead Developer/Business Architect, Senior Solution Developer, and Solution Developer. At AXA Mansard, they were responsible for managing and supervising a team of personnel, providing system analysis services, translating strategic initiatives into change initiatives, and developing software solutions. Before AXA Mansard, they worked at Quanteq Technology Services, Ltd as a System's Analyst/Designer from September 2010 to October 2012, where they elicited and wrote requirements specifications. Matthew also worked at Numerix Solutions Ltd as a Lead Developer from November 2008 to September 2010, where they elicited requirements, designed and modeled systems. Their earliest work experience was at Lopworks Limited, where they worked as an Application Developer from November 2007 to October 2008.

Matthew Agada received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Benue State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2020, the TOGAF 9 CERTIFIED ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT certification from The Open Group in July 2018, and various LinkedIn certifications related to team productivity, coaching culture, performance management, leadership, and more, which were obtained in April 2022. Matthew also holds certifications in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, Learning Spring with Spring Boot from LinkedIn, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com, which were obtained in July 2020, November 2019, October 2019, and October 2019, respectively.
