Nafisa Idris

Nafisa Idris has a diverse work experience in the field of automation and software development. Nafisa started their career at the National Information Technology Development Agency, where they worked as a Network Support specialist, responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

In 2018, Nafisa joined Access Bank Plc as a Process Automation Engineer, where they automated business processes using BPM solutions like ProcessMaker. Nafisa also integrated ProcessMaker with other applications and web services to deliver efficient solutions. During their time at Access Bank, they also worked as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, collaborating with the DipoleDiamond Team to implement and automate RPA using UiPath. Nafisa provided technical support for robot servers, orchestrators, and databases, ensuring a smooth transition from inception to implementation of processes.

In 2022, Nafisa joined Interswitch Group as a Business Automation and RPA Developer. In this role, they are responsible for automating and deploying software robots using UiPath solution. Nafisa also integrates UiPath with other applications like Jira, CRM, and Arbiter to provide customer feedback and support using APIs. Additionally, they automate workflows and apps using Microsoft PowerApps and Mendix.

Throughout their career, Nafisa has demonstrated their expertise in automation and RPA development, collaborating with teams and actively undertaking feasibility and user requirement analysis to deliver successful solutions.

Nafisa Idris completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Bayero University, Kano in the years 2012-2016. Nafisa is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology with a concentration in IT Security at American InterContinental University, starting in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Nafisa has obtained several certifications. Nafisa holds a Mendix Rapid Developer certification from Mendix, obtained in October 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com, obtained in April 2022. Nafisa is also a certified professional of BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT), having obtained the certification in December 2021.

Furthermore, Nafisa has a Microsoft Certified Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft Certifications, obtained in April 2021. Nafisa is an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certified by IBM, obtained in July 2020, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org, obtained in April 2020.

Nafisa also holds certifications as an RPA Developer Advanced from UiPath, obtained in December 2019, and as an ACIB from The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN, obtained in November 2019. Nafisa has certifications in ProcessMaker as a Certified Advanced Architect and Certified Developer, acquired in September 2019. Lastly, Nafisa has a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
