Odeje Monday has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at RoyalScope Energy Limited until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a CSR at Etisalat Nigeria, where they established and maintained profitable customer relationships. Following that, Odeje worked as a Data Mining & Analytics professional at 9mobile from 2017 to 2019, where they interpreted and analyzed data using statistical techniques. In 2019, Odeje joined Pagatech Limited as a Senior Data Analyst and Customer Intelligence, responsible for maintaining accurate customer intelligence records and providing data for customer experience journey mapping. Currently, they are employed as an Insight and Retention Manager at Interswitch Group, where they have developed a customer loyalty program, conducted market research, and implemented customer segmentation strategies.

Odeje Monday obtained a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. They have also acquired several certifications, including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera in December 2021. Prior to that, in May 2020, they completed the "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" course at LinkedIn. In September 2019, they obtained certifications in "Data Visualization for Data Analysts," "Excel for Mac 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions," "Master Advanced Excel Data & Analytics Skills," "Big Data Foundations: Techniques and Concepts," and "Data Visualization: Storytelling," all from LinkedIn. In August 2019, they completed the "Microsoft Power BI - Up & Running With Power BI Desktop" course from Udemy and obtained certifications in "Microsoft Excel - Advanced: Master Spreadsheets" from Alison - Free Online Learning, and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Skills For Africa. Additionally, they obtained the "Complete Data Science Bootcamp" certification from Udemy in June 2019. In their earlier education history, they obtained the "ISMN" certification from the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria in February 2012 and the "IPMP" certification from the Institute of Project Management Professional in September 2011.
