Raynner Okpara

Raynner Okpara has extensive experience in revenue assurance and fraud management in the telecommunications industry. RAYNNER started their career in 2002 as an Accounts Payable Officer at Vodacom Business Nigeria. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Revenue Assurance Analyst at MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd. Following that, they joined EMTS: Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services (Etisalat) as a Specialist in Revenue Assurance and Fraud. In 2013, they transitioned to 9mobile, where they served as a Manager in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Revenue Assurance at Interswitch Group, where they are responsible for strengthening revenue controls, identifying revenue opportunities, and minimizing the risk of revenue leakage within various revenue streams.

Raynner Okpara obtained an HND degree in Accounting & Administration from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri in 2000. In 2004-2005, they pursued a PGD in Financial Management at Lagos State University. Raynner then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Ibadan in 2017-2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, Certified Telecommunications Fraud Officer, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC), CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor), ERMCP (Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional), CB-RA (Certified Bachelor of Revenue Assurance), Chartered Risk Analyst, MPM (Master Project Manager), and Associate Membership with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
