Samuel Udo has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Samuel began their career as an Automotive Engineering and Logistics Intern at Davic Dan Auto, where they supervised a team and implemented computer diagnostics for car engine faults, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Samuel then worked as a Logistics and Administrative Support for the Benin Electricity Distribution Company, leading a team that improved operational logistics and achieved a significant increase in customer capture and forms uploaded.

Samuel transitioned into research roles, serving as a Research and Administrative Assistant at the Centre for Development and Support Initiative and as a Research Consultant at Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth & Advancement. In these positions, they collected and analyzed data, designed research strategies, and presented research reports.

Samuel later joined Beacon Power Services as a Quality Assurance Tester, collaborating with engineers to develop test plans and executing manual test cases. Samuel also took on the role of Data Analyst during their time at Beacon Power Services.

Currently, Samuel Udo is working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Interswitch Group. In this role, they participate in software deployment and post-deployment testing, executes performance and load tests, and writes automation API test cases.

Samuel Udo received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2018, they completed the Google Digital Skill certification offered by Google, specifically focusing on Social Marketing Tools. In 2020, they completed the Data Science & Analytics Intro certification provided by IBM and also achieved the Advanced Microsoft Excel certification from 365 DataScience. Furthermore, Samuel has completed a series of courses on Software Product Management Specialization through Coursera Course Certificates.
