Towo Akinbode

Towo Akinbode has a diverse work experience. From November to December 2018, they worked as an intern at Idea Konsult Ltd. In July 2019, they interned at MTN Nigeria until December of the same year. In August 2020, they founded Codemy Africa and held the position until May 2022. Currently, they are working as an Information Security Engineer at Interswitch Group starting from May 2022.

Towo Akinbode completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in May 2023, Certified in Cybersecurity from (ISC)² in March 2023, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from TÜV SÜD in December 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022, NSE 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet in June 2022, NSE 1 Network Security Associate from Fortinet in May 2022, and Google IT Support Specialization from Coursera in November 2021.
