Alison Wen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and research. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager, Software Developer, and Scrum Master at InterSystems since October 2016, Alison has also worked as a Software/Data Analytics Consultant at Tessella from July 2013 to October 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructor and Principal Investigator at Harvard Medical School and Mass. Eye and Ear Infirmary, respectively, where contributions included leading research on neural mechanisms of dynamic range adaptation. Alison began a postdoctoral position at MIT, focusing on the neural coding of sounds, after earning a Ph.D. in Bioengineering/Neuromorphic Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2006.
