Jin Lou is a Senior Software Developer at InterSystems, starting in July 2022, focusing on designing and developing automated prior authorization solutions to alleviate clinician burdens and creating interoperable solutions on the InterSystems Unified Care Record. Concurrently, Jin Lou serves as a member of QARI, contributing to non-profit efforts to support and empower communities in Massachusetts and New York since September 2019. Previously, Jin Lou worked as a Support Specialist at Boston University from September 2020 to May 2022, providing technology troubleshooting and significantly reducing service queue lengths.
