Justin Saboo

Justin Saboo is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in macOS endpoint management and technical support. Currently serving as the Lead macOS Endpoint Engineer at InterSystems since July 2019, Justin oversees a global environment of over 1,000 macOS computers utilizing JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager. Previously, Justin worked at Apple as a Genius, where adept troubleshooting and customer relationship management were key responsibilities. Justin also has a unique background in the gaming industry, having coached and managed professional teams at Denial eSports and Fnatic, in addition to gaining early management experience at McDonald's and participating as a contestant on a reality show. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Game Development and Simulation Programming from the New England Institute of Technology.
