Mark Lo

Mark Lo is a Principal Technical Writer at InterSystems since 2018, previously serving in the same role at NANTHEALTH from 2001 to 2017, where significant contributions included building a support site for the NaviNet healthcare portal and managing the development of a user community site. Earlier experience includes a position as a Web Developer at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where a website for the Institute of Asian American Studies was redesigned, and as a Service Leader at Molecular, co-directing a team for a major website redesign. Mark also worked as a Senior Technical Writer/Lead Technical Editor at IDX, supporting numerous technical writers and maintaining documentation templates.
