Mark Ryan

Mark Ryan possesses over 30 years of experience in technical and management roles within the biotechnology and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at InterSystems since January 2011, Mark specializes in Cache ZEN reporting, JavaScript, Cache Object Script, and SQL. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Bio Products Laboratory from 1990 to January 2011, notably as LIMS Manager and LIMS Implementation Officer, where responsibilities encompassed training users, documenting systems, and managing modifications per GxP guidelines. Additional roles at Bio Products Laboratory included Senior Validation Engineer and Senior Technician, emphasizing Mark’s proficiency in validation protocols and production control systems. Mark holds a BSc Hons (Open) in Computer Science and Statistics from the Open University, completed between 1995 and 2002.
